Let Shopify shoppers make an offer with Accord
Set a minimum offer, automatic acceptance threshold and pending decision window. Check the payment flow and Accord’s usage fees before launching.
Install Accord on ShopifyCheck plans and limits
Watch the Accord demo — see the shopper experience in under a minute.
Accord Free: $0 subscription + 1% of attributed net product sales. Growth: $9 USD per 30 days + 0.25%. No usage fee cap on either plan.
Choose an item and a price floor you can support
Use an item where you are willing to consider a different price. Work from product cost, fulfillment, payment costs and the app’s usage fee before choosing a minimum. Accord does not determine a profitable price for you.
Configure the selected variant, a minimum-offer percentage and an automatic-acceptance percentage. For a $32 product, a 70% floor is $22.40 and a 90% automatic threshold is $28.80. With those illustrative rules, a $24 offer needs a decision and a $30 offer meets the automatic threshold. These are examples, not recommended margins.
Decide who will review pending offers
Set a pending decision window your team can actually meet. Accord lets you accept or decline pending offers; this release does not include a counteroffer editor.
An accepted offer leads to a Shopify checkout link. Acceptance is not payment. The pending decision window does not expire an already accepted invoice, so do not advertise that setting as a payment deadline.
Preview the offer and follow it through payment
Install Accord, review the plan terms and open the app in Shopify admin. Create and activate the campaign, enable Show on storefront in Appearance and save. Add the app block to a duplicate Online Store 2.0 theme in a USD store.
Test an offer below the minimum, one that needs review and one that meets your automatic threshold. Check the resulting status and accepted checkout link. Confirm the product, accepted price and final checkout before publishing. A submitted or accepted offer is not a completed sale.

Read the usage fees on both plans
Free means a $0 recurring subscription plus 1% of app-attributed net product sales, with no usage fee cap. It includes 20 tracked interactions per calendar month. Growth is $9 USD every 30 days plus 0.25% of app-attributed net product sales, with no usage fee cap and no monthly tracked-interaction limit. Both plans support up to 100 campaigns.
Fees apply to attributed net product sales after product discounts and eligible refunds; taxes, shipping and unrelated items are excluded. A tracked interaction and an attributed paid sale are separate measures. Review the exact terms displayed by Shopify before approving a plan.
Compare fees with your own sales scenario
For an illustrative $500 of eligible attributed net product sales in one 30-day billing period, the usage portion would be $5 on Free or $1.25 on Growth, plus Growth’s $9 subscription. This comparison ignores taxes, adjustments and other costs. It is not a sales forecast.
At $1,200 of eligible attributed net product sales, those fee formulas both equal $12 before taxes or adjustments. The Free interaction allowance is based on a calendar month and can stop new tracked actions separately, so price alone is not the only plan difference. Monitor completed payments, net contribution and pending offers after launch.
