Provider and scope

Justin Verley, a sole proprietor doing business as JV Professional Marketing, provides JV Pro Labs. These terms apply separately to Accord, Echo, Ahead, Duet, Ladder, Perk, Parcel, Keeps, Nudge and Meter. Contact jvprofessionalmarketing@gmail.com.

Installing or using an app confirms that you are authorized to act for the store and accept these terms for that app. Installing one does not subscribe you to the others. Public availability depends on each app’s Shopify listing and approval.

App use

You remain responsible for products, prices, inventory, promotions, customer notices, consent and fulfillment. Provide only data you are authorized to process. Do not use the apps for unauthorized access, deceptive offers, unsolicited messages or unlawful activity.

The initial release supports English-language stores using USD shop currency and compatible Online Store 2.0 themes. Test each campaign on your theme and checkout. Shopify determines final prices, discounts, purchase options, tax and shipping.

• Accord offers are not paid orders. Its pending decision deadline does not expire an already-created Shopify invoice.
• Echo notifications do not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.
• Ahead supports full-payment preorders, not partial deposits or later balance collection. Merchants must state and meet delivery and cancellation terms.
• Duet starts a separate bundle checkout; it does not merge an existing cart.
• Ladder, Perk, Nudge and Meter depend on checkout eligibility and the store’s other discount/shipping rules.
• Parcel adds a visibly priced wrapping product and note, fulfilled by the merchant.
• Keeps saves choices; a favorite is not a reservation or purchase.

No sales increase, profit, ranking or particular business outcome is promised.

Plans and charges

The Shopify plan page states the price, billing interval, allowances and any usage fee before approval. Free plans have no subscription or percentage charge within their allowance. Paid app charges, when available, are approved and billed through Shopify. This website does not collect app subscription payments.

Any percentage fee applies only to verified app-attributed net product sales after applicable product discounts and refunds, excluding tax, shipping and unrelated sales. Interactions and cart additions alone are not paid conversions. Percentage plans may be uncapped as disclosed on the plan page. Perk and Meter have no percentage fee.

Contact support with the app, store and disputed charge to request a correction or credit. Eligible current-period refunds reduce net usage; earlier-period adjustments require review. Shopify’s billing/proration rules apply. A requested or submitted adjustment does not confirm a posted credit. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and ending use

You can pause campaigns, disable storefront display or uninstall in Shopify. Verify associated discounts or selling plans were deactivated successfully. These actions do not cancel shopper orders, fulfillment obligations or already-approved charges. Uninstall revokes the connection and cancels queued future work; retained data follows the privacy notice.

We may change the service to fix problems, meet platform requirements or address security and unlawful use. Material changes affecting installed services will be communicated through the app or merchant contact channel as applicable. Support is by email without a guaranteed response time, 24-hour coverage or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude statutory rights or remedies.

Merchant data processing

You determine lawful purposes for customer data and provide required notices and consent. We process it to provide the installed app, follow your documented lawful instructions, maintain security and meet legal obligations. App configuration and authenticated requests form those service instructions. We do not sell or share customer data for advertising or use it for unrelated purposes.

You retain your rights in store content and authorize processing only as necessary for the service. Our privacy notice describes categories, purposes, providers and retention. You authorize Shopify for commerce operations, Cloudflare for hosting/storage, Resend for enabled transactional messages and Google for support correspondence, subject to their applicable service and data-protection terms.

We restrict operational access, protect credentials, use authenticated transport, isolate apps/stores and maintain access auditing. We assist with verified privacy requests and information reasonably needed to assess these controls without compromising other stores’ data. Report suspected incidents to our support address. We will investigate, contain access and notify affected merchants without undue delay after confirming a relevant personal-data breach, as required by applicable law.

On termination or verified instruction, information is deleted or deidentified under the retention schedule, subject to documented obligations. Provider backups and independently held Shopify/merchant records follow their respective processes. Contact us before sending information that requires a separate agreement, particular data residency or additional transfer safeguards. These terms are not a certification or an executed international transfer instrument.
